This traditional recipe uses fresh Indian (desi) tomatoes, diced and fire-roasted slowly for maximum flavor. Our soups are not dehydrated or freeze-dried, and we don’t use powdered tomatoes, vegetables, preservatives, cornflour, or maida. Each bowl is simply fresh tomatoes, vegetables, and a big dose of warmth, love, and comfort.
