at home on a sil batta (mortar & pestle) - fresh, pure and delicious. 1 teaspoon of
this thick garlic paste contains 4 cloves of farm-fresh garlic, and nothing else.
We don't add any preservatives, sugar, vinegar or additives, so you won't get any
foul smell or bad after-taste. We use FDA-approved autoclave technology to
vacuum pack and lock-in the freshness.
